Mars at Opposition - 8 apr 2014
Mars, during 2014 opposition (Planet size: 15 arcseconds). Note the lack of clouds above Sinus Aurorae region (chain of dark spots), which became clearly visible on images taken 1-2 days later by other astrophotographers.

Telescope: Skywatcher BKP250 250mm newtonian (F/30, total F=7700mm), NEQ6 mount.
Camera: Imaging-Source DFK21AU618 colour, with Televue 5X powermate.
